Object Spaces will be included on next version (code name Whidbey) that's still not even in Beta, so we're still a little away. There is a version you can try to get presented at the PDC 2001, but it will probably change altogether in the next version.

I've presented a session this month about ORM with a friend that just sold code for another ORM solution to Microsoft that will surface as an Application Block in two or three months.

All this is quite in the works, however. If you need something to start now, I would recommend to take a look at the Mere Mortals .NET framework at www.oakleafsd.com.
