The main problem with this issue was the Windows 2000 Server.The SQL didn't have permission in some of its security issues from The Win 2000 Server for Windows XP. Everything changed when I restore my previous version of windows (return to Windows 2000). Looks like existed some complications when I upgraded to Windows XP from Windows 2000.
