I need your expert opinion on this.


Application is simple, (application tracking database).

Client Requirement : To Maintain and track the job application form and other personnel related forms

Should be accessed by : Different regional offices ( Intranet/Citrix/Pcanywhere ?????)

Languages can be used : Oracle,ColdFusion,Visual Foxpro / Dot net / InfoPath ( Which one to select)



Other requirements : Should support digital signatures.


Please justify..
