Your first line of support should always be your manual. The manual contains a lot of information on PetWhereâ 's use, and may give you clues to what's going wrong.

We receive many calls regarding 'General Protection Faults' (GPF's), 'Internal Consistency Errors', 'Illegal Operation' and weird screen related problems (i.e.: Screen buttons not appearing on one computer). Most of these errors are related to FoxPro®, and not PetWhereâ . PetWhereâ is written in FoxPro®. Unfortunately, Microsoft® has "stopped" supporting FoxPro® for Windows. A future version of PetWhereâ will be on a different platform which has ongoing support.
