I have had this happen a number of times. Everything working fine, make a minor change and run the form - EVERYTHING is pure white!!! Also happened once when I copied the form files via dos and ran the form the same thing happened. I got past the problem by rolling back via SourceSafe and didn't bother with the changes (I'm not touching that again!).
