>>Sorry, I posted before I had all the information cut and pasted in. The first page says

>Your first line of support should always be your manual. The manual contains a lot of information on PetWhereâ 's use, and may give you clues to what's going wrong.
>
>We receive many calls regarding 'General Protection Faults' (GPF's), 'Internal Consistency Errors', 'Illegal Operation' and weird screen related problems (i.e.: Screen buttons not appearing on one computer). Most of these errors are related to FoxPro®, and not PetWhereâ . PetWhereâ is written in FoxPro®. Unfortunately, Microsoft® has "stopped" supporting FoxPro® for Windows. A future version of PetWhereâ will be on a different platform which has ongoing support.

Yes they are perfectly right - FPW died a 5 years ago.
My personal advice is to swithch to different platform and my suggestion to them is to use VisualFoxPro8.0 - most succesful database platform in the world, which will be supported by biggest software company till 2010 tear.
Is this guys listen that there Visual Version of FoxPro. In which world they live. It is not possible to support old versions of the product if 99% of your customers use 5 newer versions - VisualFoxPro 3,5,6,7 & 8 and you take the obligation till end of 2004 to put on the market new VFP9
May be they should read article about newest Microsoft databases
www.zdnet.com.au/itmanager/technology/ story/0,2000029587,20276766,00.htm and to make their choise.
May be they will be able to jump from neolithic period to atomic era
