If this is just a 'one time' need, you might want to look at the Document Converter Suite (PDF-RTF-DHTML-Excel®-JPEG)from Amyuni.com. For about $200 (USA Money) you pretty much output to the above formats - and they look exactly like your printed report (PDF and Word, obviousely HTML and Excel look little different). These products work great with VFP - although I haven't yet used the Excel one.

You can get developers license for all this, buts it pricy unless you need that.
