>>A while ago I came across an article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base which described the features and benefits of all of their development tools. This document would come in handy - once again I have to explain why VPF is the preferred solution (as opposed to Access) and I would like any info I can get my hands on as ammo.

The article in the KB is good. Just to add a little, I used to teach Access and I'd consider it a desktop database. Someone creates either a small database for local stuff, or downloads a subset from a larger database to work with. VFP certainly has more power and far greater flexibility when it comes to processing.
