I upgraded my Outlook 2000 to 2002 (another mistake I made but that is another story <g>).
Now I have the following problem.
In Outlook 2000 when I would go to send an email and click on To button, I would see subfolders to my Contact folder. For example, in my Contacts folder I have subfolders Customers, Vendors, etc.
I still see all these folders in the Outlook 2002 but not when selecting a contact email address.
When I go to send a message and click on To button I only see contacts in the top (Contacts) folder. I remember having the same problem when I upgraded Outlook 2000 and MSFT tech support helped me to set this.
Now, since I got OEM version of Outlook 2002, MSFT does not help. The OEM does not know how to do it.
Anybody has an idea what I am looking for or where to check this setting?
Or do you know of a news group dealing with Outlook 2002?
TIA.
