ECO is part of the C#Builder Enterprise SKU, and must be available for retail soon (is already show in borland conferences, and the newsgroups in this are open today, so is ready, but normaly the enterpise version on each product take a little more time to ship)

Also, is good to note that Delphi can port easy to .NET (already is shipped with Delphi 7 a preview compiler for .NET with basic VCL porting, that its for prepare the app for .net and let us prepare rigth, also because for delphi with a more richier component ofering (VCL)+.NET component offering is more complicated) so Bold is part too for this.

In short, Borland have a "model driven" integrated solution for C#Builder&Delphi, and both can (or) target the .NET plataform, and delphi can do linux&win32 also.
