VFP ODBC driver haven't changed since VFP6. The latest version available from VFP home page is 6.1.8629.1. It doesn't support new VFP7/8 features as DBC events and autoinc fields. There shouldn't be a problem to work with DBF/DBC that don't use new features. You may consider using VFP OLE DB provider instead if you're accessing VFP data from other (non-VFP)applications. The updated version of VFP OLE DB provider can be downloaded from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=0f43eb58-7a94-4ae1-a59e-965869cb3bc9&displaylang=en.
