That is not quite what I said < s >. What I said was that in VFP versions prior to version 7, the redistributable runtime version of MSGRAPH version 5 shipped with VFP and could be redistributed with your VFP application by including the relevant files in your setup.

Summary
The Setup Wizard allows the Microsoft Graph run-time module to be included in distributed applications. However, the run-time module does not include the full functionality of the MS Graph application shipped with FoxPro.

You will have to do some research about what portions of MSOFFICE (if any) you are allowed to redistibute with your VFP runtime.
