This only seems to happen when the user has one of the new cheap laser printers installed on an old PC. I now have one customer using an HP 1000 and another with a Brother. Both are conneced to "old" PCs and both crash when my printer rnt is called. I'm not sure yet what command it is crashing on but it most likely is aprinters().

Try seeing if a newer printer driver is available for those printers.
