Tom,
I agree with you and I think it is only natural that young people want to get away from home. Come to think of it, I am not young, and yet I often times want to get away from home too <g>.

Having said that, my daughter wants to live away from home, but wants to be in the same state or close by state. Just like your daughter is now. But now, with the college costs being what they are, you have to be more flexible (both parents and kids).
