I don't have graph.exe on my developement pc & I certainly have msGraph.

It depends what version of Office you are running. In Office XP it is called Graph.exe. In Office 2000, it is called Graph9.exe.

You may want to try doing a search on MsGraph in the MSDN library for more information.
