Yes, but at the moment, I am not working for J.E.I. (where I originally was developing this), so that if you want the code; I should rewrite it from scratch, or you should contact them for the drafts (actually it did not get to the production stage).
However notice that I have used ActiveX controls (Forms 2.0 controls) for the interface and have successfully displayed Thai, China, Russian and Czech text in them in the same moment on the same form. I am wondering whether the charset support in VFP8 is improved, so that there is no need from these ActiveX controls. Which, by the way cannot be redistributed.
I was experiencing issues with making controls data-bounded, but similar behavior to data bounding can be achieved, if you store UTF8 or Unicode byte code in FoxPro tables and use a hidden data bound control to update the ActiveX control
