That is a good suggestion. I had an app once that was caused problems by Norton 2001. In this case however they are using Norton 2003 which I haven't had any problems with.
I think I may be on to something. Performing certains actions in a particular sequence seems to be the problem. I am currently running the coverage profiler tool to check out what is happening.
