The best reason...
My boss wants me to.
He wants me to get my feet week with a project that will be for inside users. This will give me practice before making changes to our live system which our clients can access. The live system is in classic ASP and will eventually be migrated to .NET along with other internal applications.
But in the mean-time, the current live system will need to be maintained, and a working knowledge of classic will help make sure we don't have Customer Recognizable Errors.
