BTW, this is using VFP 8.

I have an ODBC connection defined in the database that links to another data set. There is a field in this remote data that is of a Double type and has a precision of 4 decimals. If I access this data using another query tool via the same ODBC connection, I get all 4 decimals. However, when I look at the data using VFP's remote view, I only get 2 decimals.

The most obvious question is: Why is VFP changing the precision in the resulting output record set?? Aside from that, does anyone have any ideas as to how to retain the original precision?
