>I have an EXE that I am creating an ISX project for. The EXE makes use of the Microsoft ListView control v6. The objects/merge modules do not seem to have an entry for the listview (which is in the MSComCtlLib dll).

You need to include Microsoft Common Controls V6 or something like that in the ISX setup...
