Thanks for the quick reply.
I have a Dell Inpiron 8100 notebook running XP Pro and I do have the latest service packs for XP and VFP. I've tried a couple of times to install the provider with the same results each time. Just as the installer starts to install, it stops with a message that the installation was interrupted.
