I believe that the application ships with VFP and other products like MS Office, Word, etc., but not with Win 95 or NT. The executable name is MSINFO32.EXE. You could check the registry for the path (mine's in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Shared Tools\MSInfo).
