Had that happen too. When I carried (note past tense) a laptop, it (the touchpad) used to drive me crazy even though I had a mouse plugged in.

Now, I've stopped carrying a laptop around. I've jerked enough around computers, so I don't need to be carrying one everywhere I go. So, IOW, I got a life.< vbg >
