Yeah, it's kind of scary when you put it that way.

However, I'm intrigued by what you have to say about Pinnacle. The Dutch User Group (SDGN) has repreinted (translated) KitBox columns on several occasions. The rule, as I understood it, was that once the article was 6 months old it could be translated and reproduced (with proper attribution and acknowledgement to FoxTalk of course). I would contact Whil Hentzen if I were you (he's the editor after all) and see what he has to say about it.
