Expensive colleagues,

Somebody would have some sujestão of as to criptografar an archive?
I am using the class _ cryptapi of fox, but it presents the following problem:
An archive criptografado in win98 I do not obtain to descriptografar it in win 2000.
Already they had given the tip to me to change provider of this class for
"Microsoft Base Cryptographic Provider v1.0". Ok, until it functions, but and in
situations where I will use win the 98 and win 2000? How to decide this question
without having that to create an archive criptografado in win98 and another one in win 2000?
It would have other class of criptografia that I could start to make use of them?
