This is grid reconstruction behaviour:
To avoid it you must set recordsource to an empty string, retrieve data and then set recordsource back

{gridref}.recordsource = ''
{query}
{gridref}.recordsource = {cursor}

>I have a grid on a form which has some code in the click event of one of the columns. I type some info onto the form and press a button which retrieves all the data for the grid. This works fine the first time but when I type in different info and retrieve again, the code behind the column does not work.
