I am very disappointed with that limitation of XMLTOCURSOR().

>Yes, 16 MB is too much for XMLTOCURSOR(). It not kills VFP, it just takes too long time. Wait for a couple of hours and you'll get the result. XMLTOCURSOR() performance quickly degrades with increasing size of document. This problem was already discussed here. Maybe someone else would be able to find this link.
