Yes and no. There is no built in way. However, several people have written app-resizing code. The one I tried was by Marcia Akins - it worked fine, the only reason I didn't actually use it is that my primary app is enormous, and the resizing caused a little performance hit, besides being a lot of work to add to large existing app. However, for smaller apps, it worked great.
