>I have a problem when using Cursor Adapters and SQL server tables & date fields, if I have a date field in my SQL table and this field is not accessed my data entry screen, or programatically, the next time I bring that record up the date displays as 01/01/1900. Is there anyway to prevent this from happening either through the input mask or some other method ?

I'm assuming that a default value hasn't been set for the field. That would be one solution. If the datetime is specified, then the server would insert the current date/time when the record is inserted.
