Anyone know if the VFP 8 professional upgrade disks will do a check for prior versions?

Not that I don't have prior versions but I hate installs that require keeping the old version around.

At CDW.com. Anyone know if this is a clean install of Vfp 8? I couldn't find any info on it but if it is, I may just upgrade and get this media pack.
