basically, the same way you would drop objects onto a form. Open the Class Browser and select your container object to edit in the Class Designer. Just select what object you want from a Form Controls Toolbar or the Project manager, and drop it on the container. The container will already be in "Edit" mode, so there is no need to right-click on the container first.
