Are all three objects checked 'fix relative to top of band?' also, try selecting the entire top section by dragging the mouse from the top left corner to the the lower-right of the section and see if any hidden objects are selected along with those three fields...

>I just double-checked. And no "stretch with overflow" is checked.

>And basically the "W.O.#" line is the same on every form, only changing the .wo_number which is always 6 digits.

>>Check to see if the WO# is marked with "Stretch with overflow". It's possible that the data is wider than what is defined and it's stretching to a new line. And remember .. spaces count too so if the field is padded with spaces on the end, it will wrap too.

>>>
>>> Work Order No. ####
>>>
>>>Date: Requested DD/MM/YYYY Requested By: XXXXXXX

>>>
>>>The problem is that when the customer prints a bunch of these forms/report, one after the other, once in a while (maybe one out of 5 or 7) there are extra spaces inserted between the line "Work Order No " and the line "Date Requested." Once it happens the next form/report starts printing lower than top of the page. And so on.
>>>
>>>Any ideas/suggestion on why this "extra" space gets inserted between the lines?
