Thank you for the suggestion on command window emulator. I have thought before that it would be nice to do things on customer computer from a command window. I will look for them in the down section, when I have time.

>You must be right. Good luck on the customer's site! Let us know, if you would be able to identify the reason. I would also suggest to create few similar reports and try them there as well. Just to make sure, it's a printer problem or particular report problem. Also it would help to try to run this report from VFP command window rather than from application. I guess, customer doesn't have VFP installed, but you may try command window emulator (several in Downloads section here, but I haven't tried them).
