I don't know the situation in Turkey, but here, in Romania, I can see Foxpro EVERYWHERE. Especially in government area. If you must send some data to government, in most cases must be DBFs, created with some software that you can see is done in Foxpro.
Also, the .NET fever is not present at all.
But I don't know how many programs are based on licensed copies of Foxpro. I think that Microsoft would be shocked if would find how many unlicensed copies of Foxpro are installed, specially in poor countries.
If you are only database applications developer, then do you job using the best tool for database applications. Your customers don't care about the language you use to write the software, they wat to see it ready, as fast as possible.
In time, you can learn .NET, can't be bad for you.
