I previously posted "c:\winnt\system32" just for simplicity.

My real code has:
cWinFolder = GETENV("windir") + "\system32"

This handles the case where Windows has been installed in a non-standard folder and has worked fine for years on Win 98, Me, NT4, 2000, and XP.
