If I run the App (with the foxw2600.esl file in the same folder) I get an IO error which upon cancellation displays a Windows dialog that foxprow caused an exception error. I've tested with simple test apps...it seems that there is a problem with the Runtime. Interestingly, if I run the same app from a Windows XP Professional machine which is mapped to the same folder, I have no problems.

Hi Al,

There's no antivirus running on this machine. It is networked with a Windows XP machine via a NetGear Router. Disconnecting the machine from the router or disabling Antivirus on the XP machine has no affect. Also the apps run without problem from the development environment. There seems to be a problem with the runtime loading the application. Like I said, if I run the app from within the FPW26 folder I don't get the IO error but the app doesn't load. I don't know which other processes may be hooking into file IO.
