First of all, I know nothing about FoxWeb. It was present from a departed programmer. Foxweb has been running fine for over a year.

Users of the web site are getting the following error when attempting to access a FoxWeb page on the company web site. The ASP and ASP.NET pages work just fine.

Configuration Error: Invalid Program Root

In the FoxWeb control panel we attempt to set the Program Root to the physical directory (Web Site Virtual Directory) but FoxWeb does not see the folder. All other folders on the drive are visible. The directory is visible to us through Windows Explorer. We checked the security on the directories but there appear to be no problems.

Does anyone have any ideas?
