I can not see where this is a bug. I think it does just what I would expect. But, speaking of bug that are not bugs and expectations that are not met: I created a Native FoxPro veiw. It contains an autonumber fields. When I insert a new record into the view the autonumber field displays a 0 value. The only way I can seem to get the field to update itself in the view is by closing the view and reopening it.

I would have expected that when you insert a record with a veiw and use the tableupdate() function that the table would update all the fields including the autoincr fields.

So Is this a bug or just an expectations that was not met?
