Here is what i have to do and I want an ideea from you guys.

I have a very big database that is supposed to complete tables from users all over the world. I'm going to use a mysql server for this. I will users in mysql that will be only able to select. After the user takes data from the server i have a small software that will automatically populate other VFP tables. It's a automatically setup that will take 2 hours instead of 1 week.

The problem is that I don't want them to be able to select * from table. They could copy my data and I don't want that. Any ideeas? What should I change in my plan?
