Thank you for your reply. We had the same post on the FoxWeb Support forum also.
The fix we came up with was to rename the folder, create a new folder with the original name, copy the contents of the old folder to the new folder and then go through the FoxWeb control panel.
We are not sure why it broke but it works now.
