correct - see my example!
the GET - rowsource stay's on the arrayelement which is defined by lncount when called the first time.

I was more thinking along the lines of creating a read-less screen, (directive #noread or something similar), issueing a clear ****GETS****,
calling the read-less .spr again and always calling a read under "your" control in your program code.

Sorry to be so vague, but I've been trying to loose the FPW-stuff - the dirty tricks department is always the first to loose the edge.
