You will *IF* VFP9 is released before your subscription expires. MSDN is a 1 year subscription.
If you do not renew the subscription you stop getting updates, so if VFP9 releases AFTER expiration (without renewal) you won't get it.

On the other hand, EVERYTHING you do get during a subscription period is perpetually useable even if you do not renew.
