the definition of the Bug is:

Whichever characteristic or operation that does not respect the plan detailed lists.

The problem is that a public "VFP plan detailed list" does not exist.

Note:
"VFP plan detailed list"
is not equal to
"VFP Documentation detailed list"

Because "VFP plan detailed list" exists before VFP exist
and "VFP Documentation detailed list" exist only after VFP exist.

Only "VFP plan detailed list" is free of BUGs.

For many members of the UT "VFP Documentation detailed list" is bugs free
( not to confuse with Doc BUG free).
