>Cannot access personal files, such as My Documents, My pictures, Control Panel, etc...in Windows XP. Only thing that can be done is to sign on to the internet and surf. Whenever they try to access My documents ( and other files), they get a Runtime Error that says:

Hi Diane,
I suppose that when you install VFP apps on the others two PC you miss to install Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library, which use VFP
MSVCR70.dll
MSVCR70d.dll
MSVCP70.dll
MSVCP70d.dll
MSVCRT.dll
This do not depend on the user rignts
