That's kind of what I was thinking, Gerry. The trojan has to get past ZoneAlarm first in order to then mess with it. The point of a firewall is to not let it get past. So far (and I can only speak for myself), it seems to be doing the job very nicely. My mother also has it, and is on Sympatico - again with no problems.

If I install ZoneAlarm after a Trojan is on my system, then I think it's hardly fair to blame the firewall for allowing it.

Anyway, I'm using ZoneAlarm and Norton AV together and they seem to get the job done.
