Under WIn2K all those settings are stored in the registry under the key
HKLM\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\WINDOWS NT\CURRENTVERSION\Print\Printers\Adobe PDF\PrinterDriverData\
ViewPrintOutput
PromptForFileName
DistillerHostFontHasMostFonts
AskToReplacePDF
