Hey JR,

In order for any OCX to register properly, the folloewing files must be on the system:

CRPE32.DLL
MFC40.DLL
MSVCRT40.DLL
KERNEL32.DLL
USER32.DLL
OLE32.DLL
OLEAUT32.DLL
