I would like to share my customer idiot-user story.

Some time ago a custom called me and asked me for help in finding an order record (in my VFP app). I "guided" her over the phone on how to use a query to find an order record by any information. We tried it several times and would always find the same record. Then I asked her to "walk" me through on how she adds order records. After she told me, I almost fell from the chair (true).

Instead of clicking on ADD NEW button (which is right there on the bottom of the form), she would just open the order form, clear all fields, then enter new entries, save and print. So after a year (!!) of using the program she had just one (!!) order (the last one :-)).
