I'm not so sure. Look what happened with the Upgrade wording in the EULA. It went from being unsupportive (IMHO) of MS's intentions to being as clear as crystal. Of course, they did create a 'downgrade' wording that is less than completely helpful. I'm waiting for a definition of 'within a reasonable time'.
One thing I learned after far too many years in the Property/Casualty Insurance industry (thank goodness that phase of my career is well behind me), is that ambiguities in a contract will invariably be decided contrary to the wishes of the drafter.
