>I have a client who has been running Telemagic on an XP machine. But just recently they are reporting that whenever they try to start Telemagic they are getting an "Win16 subsystem has insufficient resources.....Foxprow" error message. They claim that nothing has changed on the system but I guess that something has.

Caroline,
I'd first check if temp files are directed to a readonly folder (config.fpw -tmpfiles, editwork, sortwork, progwork). Also check if resource file (foxuser) is openable (I'd delete it and place resource=off in config.fpw).
PS: I don't know if might be related (just a thought). Blast worm affects RPC services. Ask them if security update 823980 is installed.
